Individual therapy
Our one-on-one in person (Bergen County, NJ) or virtual sessions (NJ & NY) provide dedicated, weekly support tailored to your experience as a mom. In each session, you’ll work through the challenges you’re facing and begin building a personalized toolbox of mental health strategies to help you feel more steady, supported, and empowered in motherhood.

parenting support
I specialize in working with moms of children with disabilities, developmental delays, learning challenges, and emotional or behavioral differences. I understand the deep grief, fear, guilt, and fierce love that often come with raising a child who needs more and how heavy it can be to constantly advocate for your child while no one’s checking in on you.
With over a decade of experience working in New Jersey public schools, I bring a deep knowledge of the special education system, IEPs, and how to navigate services and school-based challenges. I support parents not just emotionally, but practically. Helping you feel more empowered, less isolated, and more equipped to care for your child without losing yourself in the process.

I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can connect and see if working together feels like the right fit. This call is a chance to talk about what’s bringing you to therapy or coaching, what you’re hoping for, and ask any questions you may have.

45 min Sessions
Ongoing therapy sessions are typically 45 mins long. Here we explore your strengths and struggles and equip you with the tools to feel like the present, grounded and confident mother you were meant to be. Many choose to book weekly appointments, however we can discuss frequency during our initial assessment.

60 min Initial Assessment
After agreeing to work together, we will schedule a one time 60 min initial assessment. During this session, we will go through a detailed assessment of what brought you to therapy and your goals.
